SIPHER SECURES $6.8M IN SEED ROUND

It’s official! We’ve closed the seed round of $6,8 million for Sipher, the upcoming game World of Sipheria. The round was led by Arrington Capital, Hashed and Konvoy Ventures.

We also received strategic backing from: Defiance Capital, Signum Capital, Dragonfly Capital, CMT Digital, BitKraft Ventures, Delphi Digital, Alameda Research, Fenbushi Capital, Sfermion, Hyperchain, GBV, Kyber Network, Coin98 Ventures, YGG and Merit Circle.

The funds will be used to accelerate the development of the Sipher universe along with a suite of tools needed to create compelling, fun and engaging gaming experiences based on blockchain technology.

Sipher is a daring effort to unify state of the art blockchain tech, great artwork, story telling, multiplayer gaming and decentralized financial technologies. The vision is to create an expansive world that will attract and keep the player base engaged for years to come as new worlds, characters and factions are introduced. Sipher is fostering an ecosystem where people can first or foremost, play for fun and partcipate to earn.

What’s New?

We released our first playable NFT character collection called Sipherian Surge, which was a drop of 10,000 genesis Sipher Inu NFTs. They were bought in less than 15 minutes. They are available for trading and secondary purchase now on OpenSea. If you do not own one yet, we highly recommend checking them out.

What’s Next?

Our next priority is launching the playable MVP of the first gaming experience in the World of Sipheria. The experience will introduce a cooperative dungeon game mode, that will onboard new waves of native and non-native blockchain users through beautiful design and graphics, compelling gameplay, expansive world lore hidden with secrets to be discovered and the ability to take part in the game economy.

We are also preparing to release our second collection called the Sipherian Flash, a drop of 10,000 limited Sipher Nekos as playable characters on the 06th of November. You can catch their sneak previews below.
