INTRODUCING THE ATHER COLLECTIVE, ATHER TOKEN, AND PLAY TO AIRDROP CAMPAIGN

When we first set out to create Sipher Odyssey, our goal was to create a fun-first game that could captivate the hearts of many gamers worldwide, regardless of their crypto knowledge. While we’re hard at work to make that a reality, we realized that the potential of this vibrant world transcends a single gaming experience.
This led us to broaden our vision and expand the Sipher IP and culture into a multimedia universe that can be explored across multiple mediums — from comics and books to shows, films, and more. We also envision a suite of immersive products and experiences beyond the Sipher IP, spanning gaming, entertainment, AI, and blockchain.
However, achieving this newfound vision requires a more collaborative approach. One that brings together fans, creators, and developers to make it a reality.
A NEW ECOSYSTEM: THE ATHER COLLECTIVE
Enter the Ather Collective (”The Collective”), a decentralized ecosystem that fosters innovation through principles of collaboration, creativity, and community empowerment.
Led initially by Ather Labs’ core contributors, the Collective will be responsible for developing many products and experiences powered by the blockchain and following the Web3 ethos. The Collective will ultimately become a decentralized multi-product ecosystem thanks to the collaborative efforts of contributors, players, users, and community members worldwide.
BIRTH OF A NEW ERA: THE ATHER TOKEN
$ATHER is at the core of The Collective, providing utility, governing, and empowering all gaming, entertainment, AI, and blockchain products and experiences within this decentralized ecosystem.
The $ATHER token represents our commitment to developing extensive IPs, seamlessly integrating across titles, platforms, and mediums. Beyond being a digital asset, the token enables community participation in shaping the direction of The Collective.

🗳️ GOVERNANCE → $ATHER token stakers who form part of the Ather Collective will have a voice in guiding the development of the collective IPs, products, and experiences, enabling a community-owned approach to the evolution of the ecosystem.
💸 ECOSYSTEM REWARDS → Through staking and contributions, the $ATHER token will unlock a larger reward system that offers unique rewards across The Collective’s suite of products and experiences. All future products & experiences will reward existing $ATHER holders.
🔥 DEFLATIONARY → As the ecosystem grows, a portion of the value generated from the Ather Collective’s Vault will be used to deflate supply, contributing to $ATHER’s long-run potential and aligning incentives.

- $ATHER is now the Ather Collective’s ecosystem token, governing, powering, and accruing value across multiple products and experiences spanning gaming, entertainment, AI, and blockchain.

To kick off with the brand new $ATHER token, we will be starting a Play to Airdrop campaign for The Collective’s flagship game: Sipher Odyssey!

Ok, that’s not all there’s to it — while the mechanics are a bit more detailed, the majority of the points can be earned by playing and progressing within the game. The more you play, the deeper you progress, and the more points you’ll get.
More points = higher $ATHER allocation.
