ATHER LABS 6-MONTH RECAP

Greetings Sipherians! Would you look at that, we’re already halfway through 2022! The past 6-months were incredibly momentous, our community had grown in enormous proportion and so has our team here at Sipher. And who might’ve guessed that more manpower means the ability to host MORE ACTIVITIES for our community!

So, on this annual milestone, let’s recount all the fun activities and festivities in the past 6-months together.

EVENTS AND GIVEAWAYS

1. “Lunar New Year: Lucky Money” Giveaway

What’s better to kick off the New Year with a great giveaway? So we did! We’ve released 2 giveaways on our socials in celebration of the Lunar New Year with rewards upwards of 2400+ $SIPHER Tokens!

2. A Poem of Love Event

Valentine is a time for us to lavish in love, here’s why we hosted the “Poem of Love” event, where Sipherians could flex their writing aptitude by making poems and earning Tokens!

3. Sipher Legends

Last March, recognizing the dedication of early supporters and active Sipherians who reached legendary status, we introduced the role of “Sipher Legends” on our Discord, who will have access to exclusive sneak peeks and giveaways.

4. #SIPHERWomensDay

In celebration of International Women’s Day, we understood the assignment and amplified the meaningful event through special prizes for anyone who wanted to help us spread the celebratory message.

5. Sipher Symposium Episode 1 with Jindo

As April came swinging, so did we! Our World Architect — Tin Nguyen sat down with one of his first mentors in the blockchain space and shared TONS of insight in our first episode of the Sipher Symposium.

6. Sipher Easter Egg Hunt

Who doesn’t love a good riddle and some prizes? So 3 days, 3 riddles, and 3 winners later, we’ve successfully hosted our exciting and exhilarating Sipher Easter Egg Hunt!

7. Launch of Sipherian Lounge

Sipherian Lounge is a weekly stream, giving you the latest and greatest SIPHER news from Sipher in thanks to our host @0xGuru_ and @thebuffessor. You can catch it on Twitch!

8. #SiphergoesGLOBAL Mask Design Competition

At the beginning of May, we decided to go GLOBAL with our Mask Design Competition, where participants could earn upwards of $500 SIPHER tokens just by designing a Sipher-inspired mask.

9. Sipher TikTok Dance Challenge

In continuation of our Mask Design Competition, is the Sipher TikTok Dance Challenge! Sipherians could mask up and get their Footloose on with Neko to earn $500 SIPHER token.

10. #MySipherSpaceship Contest

After the fun and festivity of the Loot Box claiming & Spaceship crafting, it’s time to FLEX! $SIPHER Tokens were up for grabs for bold and bombastic spaceship designs in our My Sipher Spaceship Contest!

11. Coinbase Wallet Integration

Last but not least, we have successfully integrated Coinbase Wallet into our website and dashboard. Exposing us to a community of 89 MILLION users in 85 countries!

SIPHER SPACESHIP LAUNCH

Like Han Solo and the Millennium Falcon, every daring adventurer needs a kick-ass ship to follow suit, it’s a part of their identity if we dare say. That’s why we’ve introduced Spaceships and a whole host of interactions you can do to make a spaceship uniquely you, such as build, dismantle, and scrap ship parts.

LAUNCHED ATHERLABS.COM AND ATHER LABS DASHBOARD

Like the Death Star to the Empire (without that gosh darn Thermal Exhaust Port), Ather Labs and its Dashboard is our ultimate ecosystem to build compelling gaming and entertainment experiences, and Sipher is our first step!

So what’s new? For the brand new Ather Dashboard, we’ve revamped how you keep track of your SIPHER-related assets (NFTs and tokens) through your Ather Labs account. You could complete quests (coming soon), redeem rewards, claim airdrops and merchandise, and manage, or claim your spaceship all in one place.

SIPHER MERCH & SCULPTURE ARE READY TO CLAIM

So after months of painstakingly individually molding and painting sculptures as well as spending the time to produce quality merch, we’ve finally done it. Merch & Sculptures Claim was finally live!

$SIPHER RETROACTIVE AIRDROP

For the uninitiated, a Retroactive Airdrop is essentially a fair and just system in place to reward holders tokens respective to how long they hold our NFTs for. Essentially, the longer you hold, the more you have. The $SIPHER token rewards were locked up for a 3 month period and linearly vested for 6 months following the schedule below:

1st Unlock: March 1, 2022

2nd Unlock: March 29, 2022

3rd Unlock: April 26, 2022

4th Unlock: May 24, 2022

5th Unlock: June 21, 2022

6th Unlock: July 19, 2022

As you can see the 6th and last unlock is now upon us. That will be the last of the 5,000,000 $SIPHER Tokens released to the community so check your eligibility HERE.
