Ather Labs’ first game is SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. However, we are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more.
✍️ Responsibilities:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Solana Smart Contract Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior Solana Smart Contract Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy robust and secure smart contracts on the Solana blockchain.
- Implement and optimize decentralized applications (DApps) based on business requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including blockchain, front-end developers, QA engineers, and other functions to integrate smart contracts into larger systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions and provide insights into best practices for Solana blockchain development.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance the functionality and features of our decentralized applications.
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in blockchain and smart contract technologies, particularly within the Solana ecosystem.
Requirements: 🌟
- At least 3 years of experience working in the field.
- Thorough understanding of how popular Blockchain platforms work: Solana, Ethereum, BSC, Polygon,..
- In-depth knowledge of Solana's architecture and smart contract development tools. Proficiency in programming languages such as Rust and/or C. Experience with Solidity is a plus.
- Understand principles and have the ability to build products: bridging & interoperability, governance, account abstraction, fiat on/off ramp, data availability, tx tracing, wallet connect. Experience with building block explorer or chain analytics is an advantage.
- Experience with decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols is a plus.
- Have the ability to self-organize to complete blockchain-related product development.
- Good experience in MANUAL testing for web-based and mobile (iOS/Android) applications
- Advanced of creating and implementing test strategies and detailed test plans, test cases/scripts
- Experience with testing Enterprise software in a Client/Server or Web environment
- Advanced of estimating test activities and deliverable
- Experience in testing mobile/web applications/ Web service & blockchain domain is a plus
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience in automation tests using Appium with Node.js/Java is a plus;
- Good knowledge in Load/Performance testing, API testing, SQL database is a plus;
- Good at teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiar with Agile projects, able to work in a fast-paced project cycle by adapting to ambiguous project objectives, changing requirements, and re-prioritized focus
- Proactive, well self-organized and responsible in work.
