Ather Labs’ first game is SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. However, we are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more.
📌 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We believe in creativity driving blockchain gaming and NFTs and the experiences around them. As such, we are looking to bring on a passionate Marketing Lead who's ready to play a versatile role and have hands in all things creative, and digital, and make our users say "holy shit that's awesome."
✍️ ✍️ ✍️ Role: The desired candidate will be working closely with digital artists, influencers, communities, business & partnership team, and our product owners, product director to create incredible narratives that drive our Metaverse Products.
- Responsible for marketing of all Metaverse products (apps & websites); for example: Wallet, Marketplace, Users Engagement platform..
- Propose go-to-market strategy and execution plan for each Metaverse product and phases
- Set and track marketing performance with meaningful and actionable data-driven insights to achieve growth and improve marketing efficiencies
- Provide additional user insights for product development
- Lead marketing execution of major projects and overall activities, including media campaigns, promotion programs, product feedback & optimization
- Manage marketing budget allocation between promo cost and media mix that best suits business objectives, across both in-app and external channels
- Establish and ensure the Brand’s Tone is implemented across all platforms including communication and branding
- Creating, adjusting & managing content calendar (weekly & monthly) for various channels including but not limited to: Socials, Website, PR, Landing Pages.
Nice to have:
- In charge of creative idea scripting & scriptwriting for a variety of internally produced asset types: trailers, infographics, packaging, social media content including twitter, discord, facebook, tiktok, and more
- Work to onboard influencers, brands, and digital artists to create and curate narratives around the Metaverse product releases
- Achieve 1-3 award(s) for marketing campaigns and execution yearly
- And other tasks assigned by Marketing Director and Product Director
📌 YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3-5+ years prior experience working on a variety of creative projects
- 1+ years experience in Blockchain experience
- Good to have experience in running Product Marketing activities globally
- Creative: able to think unconventionally to initiate different user acquisition methods. And have experience building and leading creative and/or advertising teams
- Customer obsessed: The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making them our users and partner’s problems
- Thrives in a startup environment: loves dealing with the fast pace, changing needs, and limited resources
- Strong interpersonal skill; able to manage senior stakeholders.
- Strong creative story-telling and ideation skills
- Able to cooperate and leverage resources of cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Marketing, BI, Finance, Copywriting, Community, etc.) to implement business initiatives
- Albe to liaise with partner(s) alongside the partnership team to establish a fruitful relationship and provide marketing assets and other contents required
- Must be able to multitask and manage several priorities simultaneously and at a high level
- Exceptional communication, written and verbal
