Ather Labs’ first game is SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. However, we are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more.
✍️ Responsibilities:
- Monitor the user lifetime value in general, including user engagement & monetization performance.
- Provide user insight based on data analytics.
- Play both internal and competitor products in order to provide comparative analyses
- Propose & manage production of new features based on market & game insights.
- Investigate opportunities and drive operational decisions by combining your intuition with data to understand and improve player experience.
- Oversee and manage the work of multiple teams – comprising of Player Support, Community Management, and Live Content Managers to plan and deliver a series of events, content releases, promotion, and other actions to increase player retention
- Develop monitoring product & monetization dashboards, alarms, and measurement strategies to ensure that we capture customer impact, opportunity, and efficiency gains.
Requirements: 🌟
- 4+ years experience in a design, analytical or product-centric role in the games industry
- A proven track record in managing a game, resulting in measurable KPI improvements; direct experience on a major F2P title in the mobile space is a plus
- Strong analytical skills, allowing you to make data driven decisions; proficiency in SQL is a plus
- Strong quantitative problem-solving abilities
- Capacity and willingness to meet targets and drive results
- A team player attitude, with the desire to help those around you
