Ather Labs’ first game is SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. However, we are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more.
✍️ Responsibilities:
- Manage orders and execute the process of creating, testing and scaling UA-creatives in all formats in the gaming sphere (mid-core and casual)
- Test and adapt the hypotheses of UA creatives, constantly study your audience
- Detail scenarios, interact with the creative team, and create playable ads.
- Following the game development stages and amplify to the social media platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, Twitter..) and the community
- Market Research
Requirements: 🌟
- Minimum 1 year in marketing in mobile game industry; having experience in positions related to the development of graphics in games is plus
- Strong analytical & critical thinking; Experience with big data
- Knowledge of trends in mobile games and the mobile advertising market;
- Understanding of the entire cycle of video ad production: from idea generation to final rendering and voice acting;
- Understanding of the specifics of performance marketing; prefer having experience in user acquisition activities in various channels & platforms (Tiktok, Facebook)
