Ather Labs’ first game is SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. However, we are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more.
✍️ Responsibilities:
- Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Create and deliver a wide variety of assets for internal and external audiences - from short videos and gifs for social media to internal video presentations and studio imagery.
- Create assets for internal communications – including video.
- Create social assets from our games.
- Prioritise and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.
- Oversee creation, supervision, and inspection of digital media including web advertisements, email marketing, videos, podcasts, and other media as per assigned targets.
- Coordinate with team and line managers to guarantee the workflow, documentation, and design standards are being upheld.
Requirements: 🌟
- At least 2 years of experience in Movie/Media/Video production, YouTube video, Livestream
- An understanding of the different social media platforms and the content requirements for each
- Experience working in the games (or related) industry
- Used to working across large teams with different stakeholders
- A strong portfolio/showreel that showcases your creative skills
- Experience in appearing on camera, directing video shoots, or editing videos is a plus
- High responsibility for work, Ability to work independently, under pressure and tight deadlines
- Organized, honest and reliable
- Flexible in terms of working hours
- Passion for, and knowledge of, our games is desirable
