Ather Labs’ flagship game is SIPHER ODYSSEY, an action packed ARPG roguelite targeting global market and all platforms, from Mobile to PC and Consoles, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is designed to be easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our main studio is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam with an office in Danang. Our goal is to be the best mid-core gaming studio out of SEA, to bring Vietnam’s stories and passion for gaming and technology to the world!

đź’˘ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Contribute to building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for applications and games, from source code to production deployment.
- Support and improve build and release workflows across multiple platforms (PC, mobile, console).
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins / GitHub Actions, including:
- automated build, test, and validation
- artifact packaging, versioning, and storage
- signing, release, and deployment automation
- Assist in deploying and operating environments on cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Work with containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (deployment, scaling, troubleshooting).
- Monitor build/release health and support improvements (build time, failure rate, rollback).
- Automate repetitive tasks to improve developer productivity.
- Collaborate with QA, Game/Engine teams, and Production to ensure stable, predictable, and timely releases.
đź“Ś REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Fresher to 2 years’ experience (or equivalent internship/project experience).
- Familiarity with:
- CI/CD concepts and at least one tool (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI…)
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Monitoring & logging: CloudWatch / Prometheus / Grafana
- Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), e.g. EC2, S3, EKS, VPC,…
- Knowledge of scripting languages, including Python and Bash.
- Strong learning agility, analytical mindset, and willingness to solve issues independently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills (Vietnamese and/or English, depending on team language).
đź’« PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, Gemini, etc.) to:
- speed up scripting and automation
- debug logs/build failures
- draft technical documentation faster
- Basic understanding of game engines (Unity / Unreal) and game build processes is a bonus.
6-Month Growth Expectations
- Complete onboarding and become productive with internal workflows within 2–3 months.
- Automate at least 2 repetitive operations in the build/release process.
- Participate in at least one full internal release cycle.
- Propose and implement at least one improvement based on release/build metrics.
- Produce clear runbook documentation for one release subsystem.
