Ather Labs’ flagship game is SIPHER ODYSSEY, an action packed ARPG roguelite targeting global market and all platforms, from Mobile to PC and Consoles, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is designed to be easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our main studio is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam with offices in Danang and Hanoi. Our goal is to be the best mid-core gaming studio out of SEA, to bring Vietnam’s stories and passion for gaming and technology to the world!

✍️ Responsibilities:
We are looking for an Operation & Engagement who will be responsible for the general operation of our office. Duties will involve greeting visitors, purchasing office supplies and taking proper inventory, and supervising our office staff to ensure maximum productivity.
You will also have a chance to hone your leadership skills and dive deeper into the game industry by cooperating with our localization team around the world.
Admin - 50%
- Manage daily operational tasks with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle inventory control and procurement of office supplies and equipment
- Process financial transactions and payment requests efficiently
- Coordinate seamlessly with internal departments (HR, Finance, IT) and external vendors
- Ensure a smooth, well-organized workplace that supports team productivity
Team Engagement Responsibilities (50%)
- Create and nurture a vibrant, inspiring workplace culture
- Design and execute engaging team events, workshops, and social gatherings
- Foster a sense of community and belonging among team members
- Regularly assess team dynamics and provide insights to leadership
