Ather Labs’ first game is SIPHER a lore-heavy Action RPG with a PVE Co-op Dungeon and PVP Battle Arena mode, designed for both casual and competitive players. The game is easy to pick up but hard to master.
Our founding team is based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. However, we are an international group with hybrid roles, consisting of members from various backgrounds, including Vietnam, the US, Europe, Singapore, the Philippines, Puerto Rico, Indonesia, and more.
✍️ Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of user acquisition campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to social media, mobile ad networks, and influencer partnerships.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimize performance, and maximize ROI.
- Budget control and Assets managements
- Working closely with creative team and send brief to produce game assets to players
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to track key performance metrics and provide insights to the team.
- Conduct competitive research to identify industry trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and analytics, to drive user acquisition strategy and execution.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in user acquisition and mobile marketing.
Requirements: 🌟
- 1-2 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in the gaming industry. Have experienced on Facebook, Google or TikTok ads is plus.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights, know SQL is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving, and research skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Can work Multitasks and proactive in working environments
- Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture and trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenge
Nice to Have ⭐
- Experience with user acquisition platforms such as Facebook, Google Ads, or Tiktok Ads.
- Knowledge of basic SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Have experienced on some design tools: Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Capcut
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks.
- Understanding of performance marketing metrics such as CTR, CPI, ROAS, and LTV.
